During our first-ever live Christian concert at the WIHS Amphitheater on July 19, we introduced the new WIHS "In His Service" Praise Band.

We're thrilled to announce that "In His Service" will open the 2025 Celebrate Jesus Gala banquet at 6:15 pm (when the Ministry Expo ends), leading the assembly in the popular praise and worship song "Your Grace Is Enough."

At the Gala, In His Service will consist of (in alphabetical order) Drew Crandall of Ellington on Latin Percussion, Betsy Delacruz of Bolton on vocals, Daniel Harper of Ellington on keyboards, Laura Nazlian of Granby on vocals, and Susanne Vacek of Vernon on vocals.

In His Service is another dimension of our growing outreach across Connecticut, to make Jesus and WIHS known to more Christians and to the wider communities in which we minister. Please pray for this new group as they rehearse and prepare for October 18th!

Trans World Radio (TWR) is with us "live" in the studio all day today! Shown in this photo from left to right are Bill Bacon, Vice President of Connecticut Radio Fellowship who has been very active in TWR for decades; Andy Napier, host of TWR's Footsteps radio show which airs on WIHS twice on weekdays; and Ron Gangwer, on-air announcer and Program Manager at WIHS.
