Five years of Coming Out of the Dark. Five years of pouring my heart into empowering, encouraging, and uplifting women through every season of life.

My 2025 Wrapped came in right on time. A Rising Star award. A Fan Fave recognition. A 271 percent audience increase. Growth across countries. Growth in community. Growth in purpose.

These numbers tell a story of consistency, commitment, and grace. They remind me why I started and why I will continue.

Tonight, I felt led to share something God revealed to me. Yesterday, I realized my season has come to a close. These past months have been painful, confusing, frustrating, and at times brought me to tears. But even in the hard moments, God was refining me. And last night, He released me. The shift was clear. The peace was real.

As we move through the holidays, I want to ask you something gentle. Have you consulted with God about the season you are in? Has your chapter ended, or is He preparing you for what is next?

This is not sadness. This is hope. When God ends a season, He is making room for something greater. Breathe tonight. Reflect. Ask for clarity. Trust that God is guiding you into your next.

Monday Evening Wind Down

As the day settles and the evening quiets your spirit, pause for a moment and ask yourself one simple question: How am I feeling?

How are you feeling about yourself right now, in this season of becoming and unfolding?

How are you feeling about this year slipping by faster than you imagined?

How are you feeling about December, the final chapter of a long story that held joy, stretching, revelation, and growth?

How are you feeling about the holidays approaching and everything they bring, both the warmth and the weight?

How are you feeling about the close of this year, the lessons it carried, and the strength it called out of you?

How are you feeling about welcoming a new year that promises possibility, clarity, and alignment?

The bottom line is this. I am asking you, Lady O, how are you feeling, truly?

Take a breath. Be honest with yourself. Hold space for whatever rises, without judgment and without rushing to fix anything. Tonight is about acknowledgment. It is about presence. It is about honoring your heart as it speaks.

efore the year ends, take your power back.
This quote stopped me in my tracks because it spoke to a truth many of us carry quietly. Life can stretch you in ways you never expected. Being a caregiver, a business owner, a graduate student, and working a nine to five all require balance, clarity, and strength. Yet the weight does not always come from the responsibilities. It often comes from the environments and the people who pull at your energy.

So how do you get your power back
You pause. You reflect. You breathe. You honor your mental health. You learn from the moments that tried to take you out. You give yourself permission to reclaim what belongs to you.

If you feel that in your spirit today, know that you are not alone. Take your power back. You are worth that level of intention.
