There are moments in life that feel bigger than the milestone itself.
Last night, as my name was called and I walked across the stage as a graduate of the Leadership Orange Class of 2026, my anthem, The Empowered Leader, played throughout the room.
What made the moment so meaningful was not simply hearing a song.
It was hearing the soundtrack of my own journey.
A journey marked by growth, resilience, faith, leadership, setbacks, victories, and an unwavering commitment to becoming the woman I was created to be.
Over the years, I have learned that leadership is not about titles. It is about impact. It is about serving others, creating opportunities, and helping people see what is possible within themselves.
As I walked across that stage, surrounded by classmates, leaders, friends, and supporters, I was reminded that none of us arrive at these moments alone. We are shaped by the people who encourage us, challenge us, invest in us, and believe in us along the way.
To everyone who has been part of my journey, thank you.
To Leadership Orange, thank you for broadening my perspective of leadership and community.
To HONOR, thank you for investing in my growth and supporting this experience.
And to my family, friends, colleagues, and supporters, thank you for walking alongside me as I continue to evolve into the leader I am becoming.
Last night was more than a graduation.
It was a celebration of purpose, perseverance, and possibility.
The journey continues.
