We just learned about this new development!

We are honored to be nominated for the NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Documentary (Television) for our films ZORA NEALE HURSTON: CLAIMING A SPACE and THE BUSING BATTLEGROUND!

✍🏾 ZORA NEALE HURSTON: CLAIMING A SPACE tells the story of the influential author and anthropologist who collected folklore throughout the South and Caribbean — reclaiming, honoring and celebrating Black life on its own terms.

🚌 THE BUSING BATTLEGROUND viscerally captures the class tensions and racial violence in 1970s Boston when Black and white students were bused for the first time between neighborhoods to comply with a federal desegregation order.

Both films are available to stream free on PBS.org and the App.
