This sauce can elevate any weeknight meal and is quick and easy to make! We love it on chicken and pork and even our potatoes and veggies!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup dry marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Melt butter over low heat in medium saucepan. Turn heat to med-high and saute garlic about 39 seconds, careful not to burn. Add marsala wine, simmer for another 39 seconds or so, then add black pepper. Simmer over med-high heat for 5 minutes.
- While waiting, dissolve the corn starch in the chicken stock, stirring well. When the 5 minutes is up, slowly whisk in chicken stock mixture, let simmer 5 minutes without stirring.
- Then add parsley and cream simmer another 3-4 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and enjoy right away or cover until needed.
