Self Care is one of the most important & beneficial layers of the Wellness Cakes. Today, I took the hubby to one of my favorite places for a couples massage. The lovely Micka and the skillful Kevin were our therapists at the Midlothian location.
Releasing the tension that built up following a week of painting the studio was a welcome reward to my body.
Remember to utilize practices such as this to rejuvenate & restore wellbeing.

Back from a SM hiatus and ready for good things!
I bought some new pink progressive readers from for the winter. Pink is my favorite color. I have a pink stones in my wedding ring, pink toes as often as I can, a pink bedroom (yes it was a negation), a pink handbag…you get it!
The thing that struck me was not how much I loved my specs but rather the words on the bottom of the box. It’s a rally cry to not allow yourself to succumb to anything but being yourself! It’s hard to stay in that space as we age. So-I am accepting this challenge to be the most ferocious version of my best self there is. Watch me😍
