Thursday’s got a reputation around here.

House-smoked pastrami Reubens and brisket cheesesteaks are back on the board today.

We take our brisket, cure it into pastrami, smoke it over Texas post oak, pile it high with kraut and all the good stuff, then griddle the whole thing until it’s exactly as unreasonable as it looks.

And if a Reuben ain’t calling your name, there’s a brisket cheesesteak waiting on you.

Thursday = Reubens + cheesesteaks.
Might as well start remembering it.

Happy Labor Day weekend!!! We’re bringing back one of our favorite specials today that we haven’t had in quite some time. Pulled berbere lamb gyros! You can also order pulled lamb as a meat option on plates as well! Make sure you catch this one!

House cured and smoked with nothing but love, attention and AFFECTION!!! We love this sandwich and love that you love it as well. Friday’s showers bring Saturday’s towers…..of RIBS! At least that’s what I’ve always heard. We finally have spare ribs back, as well as plenty of Fred Flintstone Dino beef ribs and smoked oxtails!! With temps in the lower 80s, the weather should be perfect to sit with the family and enjoy that bbq tray you’ve been thinking about alllll week. Then make sure to finish it all off with some amazing scratch made ice cream from Boxcar General

Friday just has to be one of our absolute favorite days around here. Smash burgers tell our brains that the weekend is finally here. Today’s national red wine day but we’re turning it into red MEAT day. So come celebrate with us! 410 E. 37th st, 11-7.

Also, I’m so so sorry but we won’t have ribs today.

We’ve got some great news! Cheerwine pork belly bites are back!!!! And it’s Thursday so of course we have our pastrami Reuben’s as well as brisket cheesesteaks. You can order online or order in person, either way, we can’t wait to see you.

We partnered with an amazing group of individuals feeding the homeless in Forsyth park this Sunday. Loading them up with our pulled pork and sides. Thank you to our amazing church, The Dwelling. Thank you to Patuxent Farms for the pork through US Foods. Thank you to Jamie Culpepper as well! Always such a gift to touch the Savannah community and give back any way that we can!
