I’ve known Les Neeley for many years, as well as having the privilege of working with him at Harris County Constable Pct 4, the Largest Constable’s Department in the Nation!! Les has always been very dedicated and professional in any division or assignment he’s worked in !!

Not everyone is called to a life of public service. I was only 19 years old when I stepped onto the Ferguson Prison Farm, here in Midway, Texas. Since then, I’ve been blessed to spend my entire adult life in service to the communities where I’ve lived. His experience in all aspects of law enforcement is extensive and Les has excelled in his various positions from Investigation to Supervisory levels.
