Hello to my family of beekeepers. I, my son Sean and Chris Palmer of Dadant are doing classes on beekeeping for beginner and early career beekeepers. We offer 100 years of combined experience in beekeeping. We plan to help all of you succeed in the glorious art of beekeeping. Everyone is welcome & we have seating for 100 beekeepers & loved ones. The Eternal shelf live of honey. When archeologists were excavating the tombs of the Kings of Egypt. They found clay urns with an unknown hard substance in them. It was later identified as yes, HONEY. Most of these urns of honey were over 3,000 years old and due to crystallization, were very hard. The Smithsonian Magazine has published a detailed account of this discovery and how they put the aged honey to the test. After their scientific testing, they concluded that the 3,000 year old honey was still edible and coined honey the "Eternal Food".
