Lets clean up the law book.
We should make laws simple. Instead of creating loopholes through complexity, we should have initial laws be a maximum of 5 pages, and then loopholes that exist should be closed through amendments. Instead of prioritizing new laws to add to justify a legislators paycheck, older laws should be revisited to get rid of the fluff.
A good law should be simple to understand what the intention is, who it is for, and what the penalties are if any. Following this, no house/senate bill should be 5000 pages, there are intentional loopholes and breaks for the politicians and some of their cronies. No more! We Americans and Oklahomans do not want shady deals happening in the capitol anymore!

Transparency. We need it in government and in corporations.
Government: We can have cameras on Politician work at all times, like writing house bills, senate bills, executive orders, why they are writing them, explain who they are for, and what is going on in the voting floor and committee boards. Have all branches, not the military, exposed on camera for the public.
Corporations: Full public Audits. The public doesn't care for trade secrets, but where is the money going? What are the salaries of all positions? It should be mandatory for hiring wages to be printed on ALL job hunting websites.

I'm may have lost the primary in 2024, but with a 1/3 of the vote with just handing out cards... 2026 will be my year! I will congratulate Wolfley and vote for him in November. I am not a sorry sport. Good job man.

I am an Oklahoman, and I spent my entire career in many jobs related to the service industry: fast food, teaching, security, grocery, etc. I have a simple life, while not rich in wealth, it has been rich in down to earth experiences. I know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck, be denied advancement in a job, and struggle to make ends meet. I have used my years working in many fields to open my eyes to the many walks of life. I think I am best suited to represent a population that feels the effects of inflation the most, as I am a part of that population. I look to the government to fix our problems, problems that affect the middle and lower class, and I see the politicians lining each others pockets while covering up scandals. These same politicians then distract the population with mudslinging and tribalism. While I detest the government, I feel the government needs just a few good men to a good momentum for some good change. We need to start with accountability and transparency. And not the type that gets blown over when an election is won, but we need some politicians that make it their main focus to keep the government in check. This is why I run for office, to set the coarse right for the future. A change not for some, but for ALL!

I want to make clear that while my words ring the same as many politicians about wanting to advocate transparency and accountability, honesty and accessibility, I actually have plans centered around it. Imagine, if you would, that legislators have to create content videos, or vlogs, about their job. For example they would sit in front of a camera and have to explain their thoughts as they wrote new statutes or their thoughts on bills that were on the cutting room floor or what they were going to vote on bills that are to be passed and why. Imagine that this was all accessible, per senator and representative, on a platform such as YouTube and Twitch. As for accountability, there needs to be government fiscal responsibility plan: Do not outspend revenue. Honesty will be monitored from day one on camera with the actions after election.

It has come, that time of year. Happy Father's Day, to mine especially, but to all as well. Thank you for all of the support that fathers give their children. Growing up with a father is one of the best things that can happen to a child. The growth of children, their mentality, and aspirations in life are greatly shaped by their fathers. Every child should have their father around as they grow into productive people. Thanks Dad.

It is a tragic thing, school shootings. Also a tragic thing is homeless, especially for our veterans. I don't mean to make light of these things, but I am new at pitching ideas.
I made a post earlier about school shootings being awful and no one is talking about the degrading mental health of the American populace. I mentioned that mental health plays a big role in these things, but another factor that could help deter these shootings is having armed guards patrolling school grounds, and the like.
It makes more sense to rush into a crowd with weapons blazing if no one is armed to stop you. After 9/11, we beefed up airport security and security around federal buildings, and since then neither have had much in the way of mass murder. Why did we not implement these measures in our schools?
Not only that, but our veterans are also on the streets due to many factors, but having a hard time finding a job just because you've been in a war zone is a bit much. I admit I am singling out only one aspect, but we shouldn't have our heroes on street corners.
I bring them, because we could employ them with preference in the armed guard security sector. They are trained, loyal, and in most cases would be glad to lay down their lives to protect our kids.
This just seems like a match made in heaven to me. We have vulnerable kids and trained soldiers, why do we not have our teeth and claws protecting our vitals?
