The Regal Warren theater has been re-opened for a bit. A few friends & I went a week ago to see Jungle Cruise...........fantastic movie and a beautiful theater!! We went to a weekday matinee........very few people in attendance. We were very comfortable & the popcorn was tasty.............didn't realize how much I'd missed the experience..............just thought I'd share..........
https://www.facebook.com/100000998577985/videos/2740597905983468/ My name is Svetlana and I appreciate you taking the time to view my attached video. Why did I post it? I want to find help to get my baby back. Let me share some background. The man in the video you saw is my ex-husband, Marcus Flowers. After three years of marriage he was involved with another woman. A fact that was hidden for a period of time. But suddenly on January 15, 2016, he approached me with uncontested divorce forms, and stated that he wanted a divorce. He was forcing me to sign the papers which would make him primary guardian, no alimony or child support. I would have only visitations. I did not want to sign the papers. We were still in Bremen, GA at the time. He threatened me that if I did not sign, he would leave me altogether the next day, would take my baby, and leave for Oklahoma where he had gotten employment. Let me tell you that I am Russian and married my husband and had our daughter in Georgia. During the three years of our marriage I was not assisted in obtaining a green card, I don't have a Social Security number nor any permission to work or even a drivers license. So,I found myself in a very difficult situation. Life was very stressful from not only his abuse but abusive and bullying family members as well. I did sign the papers on the condition that he provide me in writting a promise that my baby would stay with me, he would help me obtain my green card as promised, and that he would repay back a $10,000.00 loan which I got for him from my mother to help during a period of his unemployment. He complied and provided me with such a document. On January 16, 2016, we moved to Oklahoma. While now relocated in OK, he attempted four (4) times to kick me out of the house. He declared that his girlfriend, Sandy, was due to come soon, so he wanted me out of the house. There came a time when Sandy was at the house when Marcus attempted to kick me out of the house. While Sandy held on to my baby, Marcus attempted to pull me into a car to take me away from the house but I resisted by kicking and screaming, and he backed off this attempt. On July 5, 2016, on the pretense of going grocery shopping, he kicked me out of the car in a street. Here I was, no baby, no money, no green card, no SSN, no relatives. There was no one I could turn to for help. The document of promises he provided was destroyed by him before returning other personal documents. I was forced to find a way to survive and find a way to get my daughter back. Being from Russia, I had no real idea of the legal system here in the U.S. Again I had to ask my mother for money, for help to start the legal process. I found a lawyer, Jeremy Jarman, who I thought would help me get my daughter back. But instead, he only made money on my desperate situation he extorted from me money and sued me for to pay he's fee with amount of more than 14000$, while agreement was only for 3000$. The same fraudulent organization is a National Family Solutions. In the Court, Marcus Flowers denied the facts I had explained to the Judge. And more than that, he slandered me and Perjured under oath. But the court denied the anullment of the divorce even though the papers were signed under duress. The court refused to modify the custody arrangement for me. In addition, the court granted my ex permission to relocate my daughter to Germany, ruling that moving, while in good faith, would not cause the child to suffer any undue harm. You saw on the video my daughter's "not suffering"! Currently, my ex-husband is back in GA and with the court's approval to take my daughter any place he wishes. My daughter is there while I am still in the Oklahoma City area. Now, I can have her only on school breaks. After all, I want to find help from qualified individuals, either in Oklahoma or GA, who are willing and able to help me get my daughter back! Thank you for watching, your time and understanding!
