Here’s an easy Cheesy Breakfast Hash recipe using a box of Hamburger Helper Cheesy Hashbrown Mix!

Instructions

Cheesy Breakfast Hash

Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
Add in 2 tbsp of butter and 1 2/3 cup of water.
Stir in the potatoes from a box of Hamburger Helper Cheesy Hashbrown mix.
Cover and cook on low about 10-12 minutes without stirring.
Uncover and push the meat mixture to one side of the pan.
Add a tbsp of butter to the other side and 4 eggs.
Season the eggs with some Cajun seasoning if desired.
Scramble the eggs, then mix them in well with the meat and potato mixture.
Mix the cheese sauce packet that comes with the hamburger helper with a half a cup of milk.
Then pour it over the potato and egg mixture. Mix it well and season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Serve with toast, biscuits, waffles or fruit.
I made sausage gravy to put on top and it was delicious!
