New Haven Fire Department responded to the 190 block of Chapel Street for a report of a building engulfed in flames. Upon arrival, they found the second floor of the building fully engulfed. No injuries reported. Will update if we get more info.

New Haven Police Department responded to the intersection of Grand Ave and Fillmore Street for the report of 2-3 people striking another individual. Pepper spray was used. American Medical Response New Haven came to wash out eyes. Unknown injuries. 3 in custody. Will update if we get more info.
