The Bridge exists to creatively love as many people as possible so that they are inspired to connect with Christ and others. Our mission is to Connect and Strengthen families and individuals through the use of contemporary music and media. We exist to serve the community, and to be a positive, encouraging force in the Delmarva region. Our format is Adult Contemporary Christian Music, with an empha

sis on local people, local issues, and local events. Our goal is to be entertaining to listeners while encouraging unity amongst Delmarva's Christian population while being a source for strength to assist the listener's daily walk with the Lord. As radio has changed with the development of new technologies, we will be keeping an eye on the future of this broadcast medium and will work toward staying on the cutting edge of technology to keep the station useful and relevant in today's culture. We currently utilize social networking tools such as Twitter and Facebook as a part of this effort. The ministry is committed to the recruitment, selection, training, compensation, transfer and promotion of qualified individuals regardless of age, s*x, race, national origin, disability or veteran status.

What a blessing!! Over this past week, our Bridge Team had the opportunity to join other organizations in our listening area to help provide Thanksgiving Meals for families in our community! In Selbyville, DE we joined more than 400 other volunteers to pack 15,000 meals for Mountaire's Thanksgiving for Thousands event. Then in Cape May, NJ we joined Seashore Community Church as they gave away Thanksgiving meals to 300 families. Today, we pray a blessing over all of the meals given away and the families coming together to enjoy them. The Bridge broadcasts on 88.7 FM (WKNZ) in Harrington, DE, 92.5 FM (WNKZ) in Pocomoke City, MD, and 94.3 FM (W232DJ) in Ocean City, MD. The Bridge is a community supported, non-commercial radio station. Our mission is to Connect and Strengthen families and individuals through the use of contemporary music and media. We exist to serve the community, and are a positive, encouraging force in the entire Delmarva Peninsula and beyond.

The Bridge (WKNZ/WNKZ/W232DJ) has been serving Southern Delaware and New Jersey since 2010 from studios in Milford and transmitting facilities in Harrington. The non-profit ministry recently acquired 92.5, WNKZ-FM, licensed to Pocomoke and now reaches a population exceeding 750,000 from Middletown, DE south to Exmore, VA – and from South Jersey to Easton, MD. The station is the Eastern Shore’s only locally-originated full power Christian radio station.
