A little about Meg:
Meg Elsier is an NYC-based indie-rock singer and songwriter known for her emotionally honest storytelling and genre-bending sound. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, she began making waves in 2023 when she released singles like ‘ifsh*tfuq,’ ‘iznotreal,’ ‘baby,’ ‘oldnews,’ and ‘forlyleinsanfrancisco.’ Over several years, Meg wrote and demoed her songs on her own before teaming up with producer Ryan McFadden () to shape the final recordings. The result is a fusion of grungy guitars, dreamy shoegaze, and indie-pop textures, paired with lyrics that are sharp, unfiltered, and deeply human.

A year ago Wilderado went back to their roots as “just friends having fun and making music.”A year later, we’re still listening 🎧 Happy first birthday to their second LP ‘Talker!’

Some words from the band on the album: “The goal of this record was to go back to the beginning, before the listeners and tours and trajectory. We had to evolve as songwriters, musicians and people to stay true to who we are as a band. At the same time I’m proud to say completing this record and committing to shape it until we were convinced was one of the hardest things l’ve done. The work is what I’ll remember and cherish. We’re grateful to have an outlet for our art. Thank you for showing us your anticipation and excitement. We love y’all!”
