The Second Circuit Court of Appeals just dropped a bomb on Connecticut gun owners. In Grant v. Lamont and NAGR v. Lamont, the court upheld CT’s assault weapon and magazine bans, declaring AR-15s and standard-capacity mags “unusually dangerous” – even while admitting they’re common.
