This 85” beast had already been set up, but the surround sound and other components still needed to be connected. I also installed a new optical cable to deliver all the TV audio because the A/V receiver wasn’t compatible with eARC. 🎶

Unless you know what to look for, you could still be trying to figure it all out. That’s where experience matters! 💡

Yesterday, I went to help a woman who was struggling with DirecTV. She was under the assumption that she had to use a DirecTV app, but she also had hardware. Unfortunately, the great tech support at DirecTV couldn't help her. Within about 30 minutes and figuring out that she didn't need the app at all, we got her back up and watching her favorite channels.

This is the text I just received from her:
"Good morning,
Just letting you know between the two remotes I'm back in business. Thanking you doesn't seem enough, but I'm singing your praises to all my friends."

I thank God for being able to help others and do what I love doing!
