As we age, we often see less of the people who’ve we’ve known forever, usually because life gets in the way and takes us in the same, but widening directions. When we all gather for a very brief time at a funeral or a wedding, we always make the comment that “WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING SOON”. None of us ever do.
Here’s my attempt to reasonably attenpt to change that.
I’m going to throw a virtual gathering on a very close future date and run it like the show would have ran. Since I have studio software I use for the weather page, I’ll simply pipe the feed into a live over here and our guests can join virtually such as a Zoom or Google Meet call. It has far more reach and the likelihood of being able to see you guys, even for a few minutes, is more likely than getting you to Millington to a house with somewhere between none and a s**t ton of people will be, when all of us introverted asf in our old age.
My only regret is not pivoting to something like this so much sooner, but the logistics have always felt heavy on me simply do to real risk of the past having implication on some of your images and careers. I get it. I’d cancel me too.
More info to follow.
All my love to the Budenich family. I’ll bear hug the s**t out of you soon, and hope to see ALL of you folks virtually real soon.
