We were so blessed to host another lusitano revision at The WoW. It’s always pressure packed because we want our horses to be a good representation for the breed. We presented three stallions and three mares with all of them passing. Stay tuned for individual updates on each horse but for now we have more beautiful revised stallions and mares that were born and raised right here in the USA. 🇺🇸

Big thanks to APSL for sending a great judge in Mr. Joao Ralao Duarte and USLA for coordinating, throughout North America, a bunch of top notch revision sites.

Love the transformation of the mane going into braids especially on a blond Barbie bombshell. This super classy APSL stallion passed his revision this past week with us as well. We are excited to his offspring in the future.

Come on a little river 🌲 ride with us as we did some hacking out this morning. I think the work in the water is great for their bodies. Provides some extra resistance and cooling at the same time. Plus we get to see so much nature!

It’s all about setting the youngsters up for success. I have a good helper 🦺 , a bucket full of goodies 🍪 and all the time in the world 🌎 . That’s the recipe for happy hoof trimming on baby lusitanos 🐴 🙂

Do y’all have any other ingredients I could add to make it even sweeter???

Makes me happy seeing a bunch of swishing tails on happy babies who are munching quietly to hay and grain during weaning time.

We fence line wean our mommas and babies to ensure they have the best chance of success. We also do it in groups with lots of extra goodies to keep them focused on food. Less stress is a win for us.
