my clients needed to find a place as soon as possible (less than a month) so they can relocate to Georgia from California to accommodate their daughter who just started College here in Georgia.

We had to do a lot of virtual meetings & work under pressure but here we are.

My clients wanted to lease somewhere safe & needed my assistance on vetting areas in Georgia since they aren’t from here.

They loved this house 🏡 & neighborhood & im so very grateful to have gained another forever client & i look forward to selling them a home in the near future 🙌🏽

This was by far the hardest deal i have had thus far. Realtors conduct their business a lot differently than we do in the A. I promised a client of mine that i would handle his family like my own & i kept my word. I negotiated $0 down payment closing costs . Found him a new lender with a lower FHA down payment @ crunch time & saved him $4,000. Negotiated a new roof & mandatory FHA repairs which saved him another $12,000 and got him a great deal on this home. He closed & saved $22,000. I am glad it’s over lol 😤

I did what i said i was going to do & now it’s time to focus on deals that may change my life.
