Metro Milwaukee Firefighters Hockey Club This annual showdown being against the Milwaukee area police officers who share the love of hockey.

A charitable organization made up of Firefighters from the Metro Milwaukee area who raise funds to support local firefighters and members of the community in times of need. The Metro Milwaukee Firefighters Hockey Club's origin was simply a group of firefighters who had experience playing hockey and participated in an annual "Battle of the Badges" hockey game. After 17 years, it was decided that there was more to be done with this event. Watching the community come out and support this event, the team knew that the best thing to do with the proceeds was to give back. With this in mind, the Metro Milwaukee Firefighters Hockey Club was officially established in 2020. With the goal in mind of caring for the community, the Metro Milwaukee Firefighters Hockey Club strives to improve the lives of those in need after experiencing loss and tragedy as a result of a fire.
