I recently read an article about the rise of secondhand activewear so decided to hit my local Goodwill to see what I could find. Ended up getting this cute Fabletics top that’s perfect for holiday season miles 🎄

I know a lot of people are probably like ew, secondhand workout wear. But for a top, I think it’s fine - it was in great condition and I just washed it twice before wearing. Good as new!

Would you consider buying secondhand workout clothing?

These miles were my break in an otherwise busy work day. Even though it’s hard to get away, I remind myself that doing my best work means taking care of myself. And today that meant a four miler through the park! 🙌🏻

About midway through these miles, I sensed something behind me. I turned around and a family of deer were crossing the road behind me. They must have been waiting for me to pass them. Makes me wonder how many times there’s been wildlife right behind me!

No pics of the deer this time - didn’t want to spook them!

What’s your best wildlife sighting? I know some of you get to see much more than me!

Nee shoe day to start the week! Got to try out my new Hoka Bondis - an early birthday present from my mom ❤️👟 The ride felt just as good as my other Bondis and I love the color - Hoka calls it Truffle Salt. Isn’t that cute? More pics of the shoes in my stories!

Bag full of apples; heart full of happiness ❤️ A super fun day picking organic apples at 🍎🍎🍎

What’s your favorite type of apple? Mine is typically honeycrisp but I also really like one I picked up today called snowsweet.

Dinner out with the girls last night meant two types of bread starters, pasta and three types of dessert. All those carbs had me feeling a bit sluggish today so it felt especially good to go outside and move 🏃🏻‍♀️

I’d really like to know … WHAT HAPPENED TO FALL?? 😂

It looks like fall but temps are in the 80s. These miles felt like a July sweatfest. Not what I want when it’s nearly October.

Summer, go away. It’s time for fall to shine! 🍂
