Finally announcing my podcast on Facebook hoping to reach more women! First and foremost, my name is Julissa - I am the host of Girls in a Pod.

Girls in a Pod is a podcast for women empowerment, motivation, inspiration and a forum for many controversial topics that we as women face on the daily.

Expect topics from “What we inherit from our mothers: childhood trauma” to topics like “Embracing your Sensuality” to “The power of thinking of yourself as the most beautiful woman in the world” and many more! 🧡

Building a community of women is important to me because society has taken it upon itself to normalize women competing against each other, to bring each other down, to compete and to bully one another when we should really be a strong community of women - at the end of the day we relate to each other in many ways!
