DJ TAKEOVER: Sauce MKE on Wed., May 27 from 4-5 p.m. 🚲

Sauce MKE’s () mission is to nourish and inspire our community, especially those facing barriers to health and nutrition, by preparing free meals crafted from rescued food and delivering them by bicycle all year round.

Carolann will be joined by Executive Director of Sauce MKE, Gianni Vaccaro, and Radaya (), community member and recipient of Sauce MKE’s services.

Sauce MKE’s 6th annual block party is coming up on Sunday, June 28, from 12-5 p.m. at Victory Garden Initiative (on Concordia Ave between Richards St. and Palmer St.). They will have free food, bicycles and bike repair, haircuts, diapers, and groceries, plus dance performances, musical acts, face paint and tons of free resources. You can also catch them serving free fruit on Saturday, May 30, at Heal the Hood.
