The break we needed.... led to this..... 🍻
Last July, Milwaukee Uncut hit a huge milestone—1 million views in a single month for the first time ever. But behind the scenes, we were in a tough spot. We were working hard to get the new show off the ground but struggling to find partners to support it.
At the same time, 3 Sheeps had just opened their new Triple Taproom on Milwaukee’s East Side and were looking to make some noise in the city.
I’d been to the Sheboygan taproom plenty of times and have always loved what they do — Needless to say I was nervous before a call with Grant (the founder) and Josh (who leads their marketing), hoping we could make something happen even though I’d never talked to either in my life.
That call was a break we needed. I walked them through what we were building, showed them our numbers, and explained what we were hoping for. The next day, they made us an offer and a deal was signed —something that rarely happens that fast.
Since then, we’ve made some killer videos together (you can watch a few below), and in the past year, the show has racked up over 30 million views.
Part of our 2025 partnership included creating a Milwaukee Uncut beer—and we went big.
I pitched a tropical pale ale with palm trees on the can. Bre (and a few others) gave me a hard time, but 3 Sheeps was all in.
A couple months ago, we dropped a beer no one had heard of or tasted before.
The result? The entire 30-barrel run sold out before it even launched. Now, it’s available in over 65 spots around Milwaukee, plus a few others around Wisconsin (shoutout to Nutz Deep in Marshfield).
We threw a launch party at the Triple Taproom last Wednesday, where we got to celebrate and share the beer for the first time. Thank you to all who came out :)
