End-of-year events can mean long days behind laptops, calling cues and keeping everything moving. It’s busy, but we love this part. When a show is in full swing, there’s a rhythm to it. Hard work, good people, and a moment to smile in the middle of it all.

We are pleased to announce Casey T. Malone has joined Plum Media as our newest Producer. Casey brings over two decades of extensive experience in film and television production, including teaching video arts education and award-winning independent filmmaking.

Casey's background features contributions to projects for networks such as Discovery Channel and PBS, as well as creating brand marketing assets for corporate clients. His independently produced films have also achieved international recognition. Locally, the Milwaukee Independent Film Society honored him with their "Pace Setter Award" in 2019.

His third feature film recently premiered at the Chattanooga Film Festival in June 2025. Along with producing, directing, and writing the film Casey also edited, composed and performed the film’s score, and acted as cinematographer.
