BIG NEWS! For those who haven't heard yet, FILM INCENTIVES were included in Wisconsin's latest state budget which passed into law late last night! Wisconsin will have a new full-time film office and tax-credit incentives will be available to help attract out of state productions to our wonderful state. It's a new dawn for the film production industry in Wisconsin. Thanks to all the countless organizations and individuals that have worked tirelessly towards this goal. Your hard work has paid off, and is now going to offer additional financial opportunities to thousands of individuals and businesses across the state.

Very busy day getting ready for an UNDERWATER shoot tomorrow. Alexa 35 is the "Dry" cam and the Mini LF will be getting dunked via the ASL underwater housing.

Camera prep is an essential part of any professional video production. It's more than just assembling all the required gear together in one place---it's also a time to work out technical challenges, fine tuning the camera package, and communicating with your DP (who might not even be in the state yet) about what they are expecting out of you and the gear they have chosen to rent to envision the Director's ideas, to tell the story.
