Silver City Studios We record, mix, & master audio in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI.

Silver City Studios began in early 2017 in Milwaukee’s Silver City neighborhood. Sparked by their need for an affordable audio workspace, three local engineers pooled their resources to create an artist-run, professional, and fun working environment. In mid-2018, the studio relocated to the Washington Heights neighborhood on West Vliet St., residing inside Washington Heights Creative Works. Since

its founding, Silver City Studios has recorded and mixed countless bands, solo musicians (instrumentalists, spoken word artists, rappers), podcasts, audiobooks, scores and sound design for film (including spatial audio for VR), and much more. Silver City Studios currently houses the engineers Andrew Jambura, Josh Evert, and Chuck Zink. They are committed to providing an affordable and comfortable space where artists are free to experiment.

Private office or studio (85ft2) in a co-working space in Washington Heights available now!

$415/month (prorated for Jun 2026)

Approximately 85 sq./ft. private and lockable office (note: there are no exterior windows in this office).

Space shared with 4 other professionals, each with their own office.

Common space with waiting area, conference table, lavatory, and kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee, microwave). Convenient parking, business mailing address, internet and utilities all included.

You furnish as desired. 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors.

3 month initial term, followed by a month to month arrangement.

DM us with your intended use of the space. Not all uses are permissible, per Milwaukee's zoning rules and an occupancy certificate must be obtained by the tenant from the City of Milwaukee upon signing lease. No music production or rehearsal space use is permitted. Estheticians and a small non-profit currently occupy the other offices and regularly have clients in the building. The owners of the property live upstairs and operate our studio in another part of the building.

Synopsis:

The uprooted, the American dreams, the thick and sweet sauce, and an empty dining hall—too much for one to face and survive. It is far easier to demolish a closed restaurant. Composed of cutouts, reenactments, found footage, and fragments of earlier films, the work attempts to rebuild personal and collective memory while reflecting on the immigrant experience through the Americanization of food.

We contributed to, engineered, and mastered the “Everything Is” EP from ; mastered “The Real Truth” album from ; recorded, mixed, and mastered ’s “Partner” LP; mastered ’s self-titled debut record; mastered the single “I Require”; and contributed to and mastered the opening track on ’s self-titled EP.

While we didn’t have too much to do with it, .bath.mke also recorded their new album, “Can’t Stand The Thought Of Us Ever Being Apart” here 😎

It’s an honor to be trusted to work on such incredible projects. Thank you.
