Final meetings wrapped up today, and everything is right on schedule. The story of how our friendship came to be is still one of my favorites, but when I think about the friendship Brandon Champ Robinson and I share now, it's almost surprising how long it took us to get here.

Your dedication to your craft and your ability to not only understand a vision but take it to the next level is something I can't even put into words. We crush an idea whenever we brainstorm and decide to bring it to life. I'll always be grateful to you for recognizing my value—what I aim to do, have done, and will continue to do. You're among the few who can reignite my drive because we fight the same battles.

If you've ever known me, talked about me, or even whispered, "DJ Heathen is an A**hole," this one's for you. And for my birthday, I ask just one favor: share this.

There was never going to be a perfect moment to step away from the spotlight—no time when my heart wouldn't tell my brain to replay every cherished (and not-so-cherished) memory. For 20 years, my only goal was to entertain, no matter the cost or the perception. I wanted to be the villain, and sometimes, I played the role too well. But the emotions I feel today can't truly be put into words. I loved every second of what I did, and when it was my time, I made sure you knew the name DJ Heathen.

But in true Heathen fashion, I wasn't going to leave the room quietly. My final act is here, and it's more than just a farewell—it's a deep dive into the story behind it all.

Evolution of a Heathen is a vulnerable, intimate look at my journey. This 4 part docuseries sheds light on the personal growth, challenges, and transformations that built both me and the Uptown Society brand. To fully understand what Uptown Society stands for, you must first understand the man behind it.
