A New Chapter for RAFI USA (formerly Xymox Technologies)

This week we had the opportunity to capture a meaningful moment for a client I’ve worked with for years. Xymox Technologies has officially transitioned to their new name, RAFI USA, and the new sign now stands proudly on their manufacturing plant.

My relationship with this team started years ago when I had the chance to win over their SEO business for their website from one of the biggest names in the Milwaukee SEO scene. What began as a digital marketing partnership evolved into an ongoing creative collaboration through video and photography.

For this latest shoot, I kept the focus simple and purposeful. The American flag was framed as a quiet reminder that their membrane switch manufacturing happens right here in the USA. Drone stills and aerial footage captured both the new identity and the craftsmanship behind it.

It has been a privilege to document their innovation and growth and to see how they continue to lead in this industry with excellence.

We’ve got two giants in the land.

Another cheesy promo video courtesy of yours truly. My humor is definitely trending toward full-on Dad Joke status, which is slightly terrifying.

Recently I had one of those moments that reminds me how incredible this career can be.

I spent the day filming the legendary Bob Barry as he interviewed The Taxmen, Milwaukee’s own Beatles tribute band, inside the iconic Let It Be venue in Waukesha, also known as The Cavern.

This project blended everything I love about what I do: music, artistry, architecture, and storytelling. Bob’s connection to the Beatles era and his history in rock-and-roll radio gave the conversation a depth that only comes from experience. The Taxmen captured the essence of that timeless music with genuine heart. And the venue itself, built with a spirit of creativity and community, was the perfect setting for it all.

Working with legends like Bob Barry reminds me how good my job really is. To capture moments where history, performance, and place intersect is something I never take for granted.
