We believe all children deserve access to safe schools and clean water. But Milwaukee's lead contamination crisis exposes how we're failing to protect our most vulnerable.

As Earl Ingram points out, "It's a national issue... but the reason they don't want to address these issues is because there's liability."

This isn't just Milwaukee's problem. Communities across Wisconsin and the nation face similar dangers from lead in water, soil, and paint.

Your family deserves to know if they're at risk.

Drawing from his diplomatic experience, Barrett explains how Chinese officials are ready to fill any gap when America withdraws from global partnerships.

This isn't about politics - it's about America maintaining our strength and values on the world stage.

Most of us agree: our children deserve schools with adequate resources to help them thrive. So why has Speaker Robin Vos placed education at the bottom of Wisconsin's priorities despite a substantial budget surplus? As Earl Ingram highlights, this isn't about limited resources - it's about Vos's choices. Dr. Kristen Payne from Lead-Safe Schools MKE asks the question we should all be demanding answers to:"Where did all that surplus budget money go? Why can't we use it for our schools?" Our children are waiting for answers. Our communities deserve better. Together, we can create schools that reflect our shared values of opportunity and fairness.

🎙️ On today's Earl Ingram Show, we tackled a critical issue affecting Wisconsin workers - minimum wage. While 23 states are raising their minimum wages in 2024, Wisconsin remains stuck at $7.25/hour, the lowest in our region. Looking at our neighbors: Illinois ($14), Michigan ($11), Minnesota ($11) - Wisconsin workers deserve better.

We broke down the numbers: even at $15/hour, a full-time worker only makes about $31,000 annually before taxes - barely enough for a single person to survive on. Meanwhile, states like California and New York are moving to $16/hour.

As one caller pointed out, many major corporations making billions in profits have employees relying on government assistance. It's time for to step up and ensure working people can earn a living wage.
