Took a little hike today to clear my head (and let's be honest, escape the never-ending laundry). The trees were still bare, but the fresh air? Instant mood boost. I found a sunny little spot, sat down, and gave myself ten whole minutes to just breathe. No scroll, no stress—just me, the birds, and a brain that finally slowed down for a sec.
If you're feeling overstimulated, mama—I see you. Go outside. Even if it’s just a walk around the block. Even if your hair’s a mess. Nature doesn’t care, and your nervous system will thank you. 💚
