She loves playing daddy's games, she says...
Well, she better... I made them with the intention of playing them with her.
It's fun as she gets older, and I can sneak in more complex mechanics into my games.
It's all about family and the good company of others. That's why we play, that's why we're gamers, and that's why we're addicted to the hobby.

Trying to keep the design simple.
I went back and forth on whether or not to depict an actual computer screen of some sort or not. This concept is more on the abstract side, but that might be better in the long run.
I went with a blue and red coloring in this moc-up, trying to hit at traditional playing card back colors. I could also do red and black like the cards numbers and suits... let me know if you'd like to see that color combo or not. We could try to put that to a vote to... I'm determined to get yall involved 😉 somehow.
Also, I didn't get nearly as many name suggestions as I thought I might get, so I'll have to make some up on my own. I thought it would be a fun little treat, but no one really bit.

Tariffs or no, gamers will have their games!
Can we please stop pushing the fear media and use our creativity to come out strong. We all know the problems, but no one is talking about the solutions.
If we are talking about games, let's see some more creative solutions. Let's see the inovation that the board game community seems to crave, witnessed with the creation of Kickstarter. Let's finally realize that board games don't only have to be expensively printed pieces of cardboard shipped from foreign lands. There is plenty of potential and opportunity here at home, and it would be dangerously submissive to think otherwise.
I believe there is greatness on the horizon! I believe the game industry isn't going anywhere, and we will witness the next evolution in game design as we press on into the great unknown.
These are my thoughts, and if you disagree, that's ok. If you unfollow me because we don't share the same beliefs, that's alright too. I've always been more of a glass half full thinker anyway.

Alright!... it's time to name these ASCII monsters!
I need your help coming up with names for these cool text creatures. Please feel free to leave your name suggestions in the comments. I am thinking of taking my top 10, if I get that many suggestions, and putting them on a randomizer wheel to pick the final name. I will be doing this for all of the creatures, so if your name suggestion doesn't get picked, you do have more chances.
* Please keep the suggestions family friendly!
* Cleaver computer pun names are preferred but not mandatory.
