Facing my fear of heights isn’t new - I’ve done it before on the cliffs of Angels Landing. But today, sitting on the edge of Mount Willard in beautiful Crawford Notch State Park, I felt that same rush of courage all over again. 🏔✨

Each time I face this fear, I’m reminded that bravery doesn’t mean being fearless, it means doing it anyway. 💪 My legs were shaking, but the view was absolutely worth it! 😅

Sometimes, the moments that scare us most are the ones that make us feel truly alive. ❤️

💭✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁‘𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂‘𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱?

Let me start with mine…

One time, we were trying to find a tulip field in Waxahachie, TX. We put the address in the GPS, drove all the way there, and when we arrived…it was just an empty piece of land. 😅

I had to make a U-turn and used the nearest driveway I could find - but just as I was turning, we saw a big sign that read:
“𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐝.” 😳

My friend panicked and said, “🅖🅞, 🅖🅞, 🅖🅞!”
We’ve never made a faster exit. 😂

Can’t forget that one!😂 And I’ve got a bunch more like it - might start dropping them here now and then! 🤭 ✈️ 🚗

It’s a magical mix of glowing skies, early morning launches, and feeling like a kid again - watching giants take flight! 🌅✨ This video was taken at last year’s Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, but I’m posting it now because the Great Texas Balloon Race is happening this weekend in Longview! 🌅✨Different skies, same magic. 🩷
