Congratulations to the Church of God
Co-Players of the Week for the Ram vs Poly Tech game. Jordan Johnson & Brogan Sims took the honor.

Sadly QB Brogan Sims suffered a broken ankle on the second play of the game but managed to stay in the game until the half and threw four touchdowns. He unfortunately will be sidelined for most of the season and underwent surgery today to repair the ankle.

Jordan Johnson had a standout game with a 97 yard touch down run that was one yard shy of the school record.

Good luck to the Rams as they take on Iowa Park tonight.

What’s your final score prediction of tonight’s game for Mineral Wells ISD?

The Mineral Wells HS Football Varsity team came to the Coaches Breakfast to meet their mentors this morning.
These mentors are volunteers who give support and encouragement to their assigned players. This amazing program makes a huge difference for these kids!

The Rams are coming off a big win over Poly Tech 54-0. Tonight they will travel and take on Iowa Park. The Hawks will be a bigger challenge than Poly as the Rams will face a line of pretty big guys and a quick running game. Also, Mineral Wells will be playing with their back up quarterback after losing their starter to an ankle injury last week. (More on that late today)
