And can we talk about the way the officer was speaking to her?! Like, why are we treating a little African-American girl like a criminal over chalk drawings? This is not okay.

Romeca Meeks’ funeral was a truly beautiful and heartfelt celebration of her life 🕊️❤️. It was clear how much she was loved and cherished by everyone who knew her.

Her little boy’s moments with her casket were incredibly moving, and the family’s way of preserving her note for him was such a touching gesture 🥹💔.

Keeping her son and family in my thoughts during this heartbreaking time 🙏💖.
