UPDATE on our exclusive post about a teen assaulted and robbed by a mob this summer in the Cedar-Isles-Dean neighborhood.
Original assault video:
https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1GYsmw7qdt/
Charges have been filed against two people in the July beating of the teen.
Jacobee John Paul Scherber, 20, Rogers
Aniya Deshawn Tipton, 21, C**n Rapids
Each charged with one count of simple robbery.
Charges say Minneapolis police responded to a robbery at an apartment building located at 3135 Dean Court, where they found a badly beaten juvenile male who was missing his shirt and shoes.
Police learned from the victim and multiple witnesses that a group of 15 to 20 people beat and robbed him in the hallway of an apartment building when he arrived to bring a portable speaker to a party.
Dozens of young people had gathered in the apartment building as part of a “party room takeover.”
Cellphone videos show a group of people beating victim and stripping the victim of his shirt, and the victim lying face down on the floor with his hands over his head as people kicked the victim and took items from his pants pockets.
The suspects were charged by summons and are not in custody, despite the fact that both suspects have other active criminal cases, including violent crimes.

Jeffrey Lopez Suazo was a secondary suspect arrested at the federal raid at 6xx Rose in St. Paul last week, during which multiple people interfered, including elected persons.

Suazo is federally charged with assaulting a federal agent. Charges say he rammed his vehicle into the vehicle of a federal agent trying to pull over a vehicle outside the address. Suazo then circled the block and fled on foot into the target address, where he was eventually arrested.

A court document states that Lopez-Suazo "appears not be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident," so he's being held in custody to assure future appearances.

ICYMI, illegal alien and domestic abuser Victor Molina Rodriguez was the subject of yesterday's federal raid at 6xx Rose in St. Paul.

All the videos from social media need to be scoured to ID all agitators present and CHARGE THEM. Enough.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in St. Paul resulted in the arrest of an illegal alien. That revelation, made by a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson, sheds new light on the chaotic scene that unfolded yesterday in St. Paul.

“On November 25, ICE arrested Victor Molina Rodriguez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, who was previously removed from the country,” said a DHS spokesperson. “This criminal’s rap sheet includes domestic abuse and disorderly conduct. He chose to commit a felony by illegally re-entering the U.S.”
