QUADRUPLE SHOOTING leaves at least one dead in downtown Minneapolis.

Now officially a mass shooting.

UPDATE: MASS SHOOTING with at least four people shot including one DOA on site.
Downtown Minneapolis - SHOOTING. Report of four people shot (updated) at a bar between the Hennepin County Jail and the Jerry Haaf ramp. Also a fight at the location.
One is DOA, the other is shot in the leg. "The scene is not safe."

Teodros Raymond Pluntz, 11/19/2005-age 19, of Burnsville is charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct involving force on a minor (r**e).

Charges say the victim met Pluntz on an app. He picked her up in Shakopee and brought her back to his residence on Sibley Court.

The victim reported drinking an alcoholic beverage and began to feel fuzzy and blacked out several times. The victim told police that Pluntz grabbed her by the neck with pressure on her windpipe. He also held her hands down with his knees while pushing down on her chest. At one point, the victim said Pluntz shoved a blanket in her mouth, all while ra**ng her.

The victim reported the incident to a school SRO and underwent an exam two days later where bruises and injuries were documented consistent with her description of the events.

Electronic devices were seized from Pluntz during a warrant search, where police found a video of Pluntz ra**ng the victim while she appeared extremely intoxicated and whimpering, while Pluntz was making degrading comments to her.

Pluntz is also charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and using a minor in sexual performance/child sexual abuse material.

Pluntz remains in custody on $400,000 bail.

Crime Watch broke the story several months ago that Golden Valley's police chief Virgil Green had been placed on leave pending an unspecified investigation.

The city has now announced that he's resigned after 4 months of paid leave.

Reports linked on the city's website state that he was investigated for violating data policies by releasing body-worn camera footage that was part of a current investigation.

St Anthony Police report multiple vehicles rummaged through this morning near Hilldale and Rankin Rd. Suspects attempted to steal at least one vehicle. They're asking people to check cameras around 4 a.m.

Also windows were smashed in New Brighton and Roseville. .

Multiple damage reports in south Minneapolis, as well. Unknown details due to encryption.

The principal of White Bear Lake Area High School has announced the police are currently investigating reports that an adult enrolled.
