All the hype for the moderate risk -- which was issued three days ahead of time -- turned out to be a bust. That's a good thing considering the potential the SPC discussed was through the roof. Storms flared up from time to time in Minnesota, but nothing nearly as bad as the "EF2+" warnings the SPC was talking about.
