THEO UDELSON-NEE!

Dipping under the 14-minute barrier in the D3 5k is becoming more and more common—20 out of the 26 sub-14 athletes on the outdoor all-time list have done so in just the past three years. However, this feat had never been accomplished by a true D3 freshman… until now.

Theo Udelson-Nee, the NYU rookie, has had a stellar freshman campaign. He was 31st All-American in cross country, finished third on the podium in the indoor 5k alongside fellow freshman Anthony Clark (who was fourth), and now becomes the fastest freshman in the 5k in D3 history and first to break 14 minutes.

The future is bright for Theo!

Champ ➡️ No. 2 all time

Two-time 800m national champion Trevor Richwine stayed East this weekend and dropped a new No. 2 all-time 1:47.46 at the Virginia Challenge.

He narrowly missed Nick Symmonds’s in-season best of 1:47.34 from 2006. Symmonds went on to run 1:45.83 that year at the USATF Championships out of season.

Richwine is the eighth athlete in D3 history to dip under 1:48.

Last night, Isaac vanWestrienen lined up in the last race of the night and took home the win 28:52! Running a huge PB in the process and moved to 6th All-Time

He becomes just the 8th man in D3 history to dip under the 29min barrier and moves into the division lead.

He’s the 6th man in D3 history to break 14 in the 5k and 29 in the 10k outdoors

What a run for Elle Marsyla!!

She becomes the 12th woman in D3 history to break the 34min barrier after running 33:51 last night at the Bryan Clay Invite!

She took nearly a minute off her previous 10k race last month where she ran 34:42!

She now sits atop the current leaderboard and is 10th All-Time!
