I finally got the news! I am officially starting veterinary school this fall. It's been a wild ride to get here.... from going to St Kates for my bio degree, to interning at the Minnesota Zoo, to working at the Johnson Lab at Duke, to being a caretaker for aquatic animals at SeaLife, to working as an Vet Tech at South Metro Animal Emergency Care (and CSR and Assistant and RSO), I am finally on the road to achieving my dream of becoming a veterinarian at the University of Minnesota (my top choice!).
