It took my over 20 minutes to get a refund of $20 on an item I purchased that was now on sale today. The computer apparently couldn't recognize the item or sale price...thanks Wally-World, the things we do for our kids.
On the flip side I had a jacket today with two delaminated pockets, I called Outdoor Research and in less than 5 minutes I had new jacket recommended and replaced. I guess getting help from someone who actually likes their job does pay off. Looks like the cheaper price isn't always the best deal.
