Our Company:
On Demand Communications sells Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security. We represent most major service providers nationwide (22 companies) our clients are companies in the new home industry such as property management companies, real estate groups, moving companies and more. ODC is a resource for their clients moving into new homes helping them transfer or set up all their communications services.
Outside Account Manager/ Sales Rep:
The outside account manager will be responsible for adding new client accounts and managing those accounts to grow them to their full potential. Accounts would include any business in the new home industry ( Property management companies, Real estate groups, Moving Companies, Home inspectors, Mortgage brokers ext). The OAM would be responsible for cold calling new clients and following up with new potential clients at the proper time frame. The OAM would handel on-boarding of new clients and creating process with decision makers within the client company to properly communicate customer information with ODC. The OAM would then either pass client sales off to inside account manager while collecting residuals off of sales or choose to take care of sales personally.
What is required?
Experience in B2B or end user sales is preferred.
Proven Success in Business Development and account management interacting at all levels preferred.
Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
Be able to work from home with minimal supervision.
Experience:
relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Additional Compensation:
Commission
Annual income 50k year one. 50k-70k year two. 70k plus year three.
Work Location:
Fully Remote/ Work from home.
