From starting small, working in local DJ companies, to making ends meet and striking out on my own with River Beats, to learning more about myself through the ups and downs, from working multiple jobs, and DJing on the weekends with moments of pure exhaustion, to now meeting my future wife and friend, quitting my full-time job, and taking the leap to focus on my passion make the commitment to get to full-time DJing - it's been a ride. It is incredible to look back at what was and how far I've come now, and yet it feels like I've just begun.

Thanks to everyone who has supported me along my journey and those who continue to support me and invest in my company and my services. Couldn't have done it without the community around me and the exceptional clients and colleagues along the way.

How is it different from karaoke?

Beautiful Wedding! Jiayi and Brent met and worked through an Accounting firm together and and built a strong bond with the help of some persistent matchmaker friends over the years and blended their families into this special day. Family from Jiyai's side came from China just for the special occasion. We played some Chinese artists during the cocktail and reception 🥳

Setup is finally dialed in for outdoor ceremonies - To increase signal strength in outdoor ceremonies, I invested in some Sennheiser Antenna extenders and can now hoist them up for uninterrupted signal - no matter the distance!

Last Tuesday, I performed at Greater East Side's National Night Out event and had a blast! It was a full-circle moment being back at the park when I performed a major build day last year when they built the playground. So cool to see kids climbing all over it! The event had tons of activities for kids and these passports (pictured) were stamped at stations which, when they were filled out, I got to announce kids names for prizes when they were completed 🤩 after one announcement of prizes, I had tons by the end of the night. Tons of fun, that's what it's all about!
