Let us AirDrop you your photos🤝📲
…but make them so good you actually want to post them.

When you’re shooting food for brands or recipes, it’s not just about snapping a pic—it’s about creating something worth sharing.

Here’s how to level up your food shots:

• Think like a storyteller – every dish should feel like a moment, not just a plate
• Lighting is everything – soft, natural light = clean, elevated results
• Capture the texture – drips, steam, crunch… that’s what makes people crave it
• Stay on-brand – colors, props, and angles should match the vibe you’re shooting for
• Shoot with intention – brands want content that converts, not just looks pretty

Because the goal isn’t just handing over photos…
it’s delivering content they can’t wait to share.

Want your food videos to look rich, detailed, and scroll-stopping? It’s not luck—it’s technique. Here are 3 simple upgrades that instantly elevate your food films 👇

• Use diffuse lighting
Harsh light = harsh shadows. Diffused light softens everything and brings out natural textures, colors, and moisture (hello glossy sauces + juicy highlights). Try window light with a sheer curtain or a softbox for that dreamy, even glow.

• Shoot in high resolution
More resolution = more detail. Shooting in 4K (or higher) gives you sharper footage, better flexibility in editing, and that crisp, professional look that makes viewers feel like they can taste the food.

• Use a macro lens
If you want those mouthwatering close-ups, a macro lens is key. Capture the tiny details—melting cheese, flaky crusts, syrup drips—that make food content irresistible.

Save this for your next shoot and watch your food content level up 🎥✨

🌱 Ready to plant? Whether you’re in the North or South, it’s time to start transitioning those seedlings from greenhouse to garden! Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Northern Growers – You’re likely prepping to move out your cool season crops like:
• Romaine
• Onions
• Kale
• Broccoli
• Cabbage

🔹 Southern Growers – You’re probably switching to warm season crops like:
• Tomatoes
• Peppers
• Eggplant
• Basil

But no matter your zone, your plants need one key thing before hitting the soil:
👉 Hardening off!

This simple but essential step helps your transplants adjust to:
• Sunlight ☀️
• Wind 💨
• Outdoor temps 🌡️

🗓️ There’s no single method — the goal is to gradually increase exposure to the outdoors over several days.

Need help getting started?
📋 I’ve got a hardening off schedule you can follow to keep things simple and stress-free.

Day #1: 4-6 hours on a cloudy day or in dappled shade
Day #2: 4-6 hours in full sun
Day #3: 8+ hours in full sun

Let’s get those babies ready to thrive! 🌿💪

A strong food video is usually built around a few key things:
• lighting that shows texture
• angles that make the product look its best
• movement that keeps the shot engaging
• styling that helps everything feel polished and intentional

In this reel, I’m showing a little of the process behind the setup — and how it translates into the final video.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments on set make the biggest difference on camera.

BTS first, final result at the end.

Here’s why adding fog makes drink videos more eye-catching:

• Adds motion, which naturally draws the viewer’s eye
• Creates depth and separation from the background
• Enhances mood (cold, refreshing, luxurious, cinematic)
• Makes temperature and texture feel more real
• Instantly increases production value with minimal effort

Small detail. Big visual impact. 🎥🍸
