I guess we're not going to make it to Italy this year.
But the next best thing might be this series of cooking classes, brought to us by Esperienza, our local Italian cultural center. The classes are being presented, live via Zoom from the Casa Artusi in Forlimpopoli in Emilia-Romagna. Classes start October 1, and include such classic dishes as Melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant Parmesan) and maccheroni alla Bolognese.
