✨ Lighting can make or break a video interview. ✨

A good setup avoids harsh shadows and creates a polished, professional look. That’s where tools like a diffuser (or softbox) come in—softening the light for a natural, flattering result.

Most interviews rely on a three-point lighting system:
💡 Key light – the main source, placed slightly to the side.
💡 Fill light – softer light or reflector to reduce shadows. (👀See flat screen above interviewee)
💡 Back light – adds depth and separates the subject from the background.

Good lighting isn’t just technical—it’s storytelling with clarity.

Last night we celebrated our annual Reach for Ralph fundraiser—and what a celebration it was! For the first time ever, we hosted the event at the beautiful Metropolitan Ballroom in Golden Valley, and it proved to be a fabulous venue for an unforgettable evening.

We’re still soaking it all in, but we’re already hearing whispers that this year may have broken records for funds raised! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, as well as our incredible volunteers and staff who brought this event to life. Your energy, generosity, and dedication make Reach for Ralph truly special.
