But seriously, we had an absolute blast at Mix Cosmetiques | Custom Makeup cooking up some of our very own lip gloss combos and foundations! 🤯

This would make an amazing solo date, bach activity, birthday treat, you name it! It was genuinely so fun to play cosmetic scientist and we cannot wait to come again! 💄

Where was this store when we were kids?? 🤯

kiddywampus | Toy Store + Kids’ Party Place | Minneapolis, MN. is a toy store and kid’s party venue that’s STACKED with plushies, LEGOs, and other toys - no wonder they’ve been voted MN’s best toy store 5 years in a row!

They also host story times and classes, but actually went in for a sneak peek at their pumpkin decorating event. It’s happening on Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th at 10:30 AM at all 3 of their locations (St. Louis Park, Chanhassen and Hopkins), and it’s going to be so cute! 🎃

Date night deal just dropped and it is a GOOD one! 🤯

Finally made it out to Nokomis House and it’s safe to say they’ll be seeing a lot more of us.. such a cool neighborhood spot with a curated, laidback vibe that got us hooked from the start! 🤟🏼

Their new Late Night Date Night deal is like striking the jackpot - $80 for two drinks, an appetizer, two entrees AND dessert! 👀

The incredible price point is just the start, everything we tried was a work of art! Special shoutout to the roasted mushrooms, smash burger and risotto! The tres leches is another must! 🍔

The deal runs every night from 8pm to close, and honestly, we’re already itching to go back! 🤤

Our inner child had way too much fun at this candy shop 🤪

We checked out The Candy Shop | Swedish Candy 🤝 Minneapolis and had a blast making our dream candy bag! We definitely recommend the BUBS Wildberry Pomegranate and Banana Caramel Ovals, but they have loads of candies to choose from! And don’t sleep on their cakes 👀

They’ve also got specialty sodas, housemade treats and cute candy-inspired accessories.

Catch us stopping here every time we need a sweet little treat 🍬

Fine.. we’ll admit it - this obviously isn’t our first time at one of Boludo’s locations and it absolutely won’t be the last! 🥲

After trying their other MPLS spots, we headed out to Boludo Como for even more of their dishes we know and love, and it did not disappoint! 🫰🏻

The pepperoni pizza is usually our go-to, but the fugazetta actually stole our hearts. Their empanadas & churro donuts were as good as always, and the De La Casa salad was massive in flavor AND portion! 👀

We love that there are constantly rotating specials (because we’ll look for any reason to come back) and can really appreciate how hard they work in the kitchen! 🍕

If you’ve been craving an outing that feels like it was so worth getting out of your PJs and into the world, this is the place to be! 🔥

Sometimes hot pot just calls to us, ya know? And with the option to pick 2 broths, a sauce bar, and tons of vegetables and meats to choose from, you really can’t go wrong! But we can’t even lie… We were totally smitten by the Mongolian beef - don’t sleep on their lunch special!

We also fully support getting that milkshake at the end, because Legendary Spice - C**n Rapids is originally from Chengdu, China 🐼 so they know a thing or two about heat 🌶️
