On the ground in Southeast Georgia covering the massive wildfires that have already burned more than 54,000 acres. Hundreds of firefighters are working to contain them, but dry vegetation, heat, and strong winds are fueling the flames.

I spoke with one woman who lost her home in the Highway 85 wildfire in Brantley County who says, "We don't know where were going to lay down tonight and that’s hard to tell your 11-year-old."

If anyone has extra RVs or campers they’re able to donate, it could make a huge difference by giving displaced families a more stable long-term housing option.

New details in the case involving 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Los Angeles prosecutors have charged David Burke, also known by his stage name d4vd, with murder and several additional felonies. Investigators say Celeste was last heard from in April 2025 after going to Burke‘s home. She was later discovered in September in a car registered to him. Prosecutor allege Burke acted after she threatened to expose his criminal conduct and harm his music career. Burke‘s attorneys deny the allegations and say he was not responsible.

BREAKING: The missing American pilot whose F-15E fighter jet was downed by Iranian forces is SAFE. The President says it was one of the most daring search and rescue operations in history. The pilot was hiding in the mountains in Iran as Iranian military forces raced to find him. But the U.S. military sent dozens of aircraft in and were able to rescue him.

The U.S. service member who went missing after Iran shot down a fighter jet late this week has been rescued, according to multiple published reports.

At a cabinet meeting today, the President said Iran is “begging” to make a peace deal, not the U.S., but added, “I don’t know if we’ll be able to do that” and “I don’t care. In fact, we have other targets we want to hit before we leave.”

A 15 point U.S. proposal was delivered to Iran through Pakistani intermediaries. Iranian officials rejected it as “one sided and unfair” and say there are no active negotiations, though indirect communication appears to be ongoing.

The president also said the U.S. expected the conflict could take 4 to 6 weeks and is “ahead of schedule.” We are now in week four of the war, with little sign of agreement between the two sides.

The man charged with the murder of Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman did not appear in court today because he’s in custody at a hospital with tuberculosis. We did learn new details about the night the crime happened. DHS says he was in the country illegally and there was a warrant out for his arrested after failing to appear in court on shoplifting charges in 2023. The next court hearing is Friday, March 27 and they are trying to see if Medina can appear virtually. Sheridan Gorman’s family says they are gravely disappointed by the policies and failures that allowed him to commit this crime.

BREAKING: Chicago Police have officially charged Jose Medina with the murder of 18-year-old University student Sheridan Gorman. DHS confirms he is a Venezuelan national who crossed into the U.S. in May 2023. His detention hearing is tomorrow and there is no booking photo yet.

Shooting happened around 1:11 am March 19 & he was taken into custody at 8:58 pm next day.
