This week’s challenges! Replacing aligner section support tower on HWS (hand wheel side). I’ve done this a million times in the last 43 years! Love what it is I do do do!

XT2615D Jet Press. Sold these presses to OSP 12 years ago. These presses hadn’t been serviced in quite sometime! Both presses had much needed corrections to which I made. Also trained 3 operators in proper procedures for maximum outputs. Will return to assist in the rebuilding of another XT they have. Great machines and great operators! These services were performed last week.

Lack of operator training makes a big difference in running the Super Jet efficiently. What they thought was a mechanical issue was otherwise! Every issue they had, I corrected!

Super Jet hasn’t been properly maintained in 24 years. Evaluation revealed multiple issues that require multiple components to correct these issues! Did however improve printing quality with some adjustments!
