I decided to do something different this year. Normally my green beans are a tangled mess. So I decided to put up a trellis (hog panel) for them. I dont know why I didnt do this sooner. We already had the hog panel on hand. Im also not a person that does companion planting. Just because I garden in such a large capacity and alot of things are in w**d barrier. But I added a few beds this year and put green beans and carrots together. Wish me luck I never have success with carrots spring to summer. Carrots are Normally a win for me Summer to fall.

I cant say I just grab it and eat it, but I like to dehydrate it for seasoning and also absolutely love putting it in cut flower arrangements. Purple basil to me is just so pretty. 💜

Garlic is one item in my garden that takes the longest to grow. I plant them every Early November and dont harvest until around July.
