6 slices of bread

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

4-6 pieces of Kinder chocolate

Butter for frying

Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

Cut off the crusts and roll each slice with pieces of Kinder chocolate.

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Dip the bread rolls in the egg mixture and fry in butter until golden brown.

You Need:

30 shrimp, tails left on

Salt, sugar, pepper to season

Fluffy Batter:

65g potato starch

30g corn starch

15g plain flour

100g cooking oil

100g egg white

25g cold water

Instructions:

Slit and season shrimp.

Make batter and dip shrimp right before frying.

Fry in hot oil and use spoon to splash oil over them.

Serve hot—best texture!
